Description: Buck Consultants, a Mellon Consulting Company, is establishing
a local compensation practice. The Berwyn office, opened in 1994, has
previously partnered with the firm's compensation practices in New York,
Pittsburgh, & Stamford to service local clients. This is an outstanding
opportunity to work collaboratively with other senior staff.
Qualifications: 10-15 years experience. Candidate must have strong technical
skills including background in executive compensation and a willingness to
consult on a broad range of assignments. Advanced degree and/or ACA
certification preferred.
Additional Information: This position will require the candidate to assume
project responsibilities currently managed by other Buck offices and to
develop new relationships. Candidate must be willing to work both
independently and on teams.
